The Goal

During my design internship with US Display Group, I was assigned with designing Uncle Nearest Green Distillery’s 2024 whiskey gift box.

USDG structural designers and I collaborated with sales representatives to create this sleek, sophisticated, yet Tennessee nostalgic packaging to further Nearest Green’s current brand and design identity.

After studying the distillery’s website and brand book, I continued with the beautiful contrast of black and white, type pairings of slab and tall serif type, bold product graphics, and collages of photos that tell the story of Nearest Green.
